On January 5, 2020, Gigi Brissot released his much anticipated second album, "Divide & Conquer." The album is intended for everyone, especially Africans due to the fact that the continent of Africa is currently divided.
“A divided Africa is intentional and the dividers knew the amount of damage that this would create. However, they must remember one thing, that Africans are STRONG people and if any continent should arise and overcome these trials and tribulations, it would be us (Africans, in land and abroad),” says Brissot.
All songs in this project are written with the continent of Africa in mind. Many hours of research went into the writing of the songs.
“We must always remember that all black people have their origin in Africa and that Africa should and will unite. Africa must unite,” Brissot concludes.
